Hotel Policy

At the time that they register, guests must provide valid identification such as a passport or photo ID card.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm.

Check out time is at 12:00 pm.


Should you need an earlier arrival than the standard check-in time, we are glad to assist but unfortunately we cannot guarantee early accommodations owing to the room availability.

If it is absolutely essential for you to guarantee early check-in, please confirm this at the time of booking and one night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.

Should you want to guarantee that you would be able to check into your room upon arrival, please confirm your wishes and an additional charge being applied to your bill:

Early arrival (8:00am – 12:00pm)                 : 50% room rate

Early arrival (before 8:00am)                       : 100% room rate


If a modification is not given to the hotel within 24 hours of departure, a penalty of one night’s room rate will be applied to guests checking out prior to the reserved departure date.


Requests for a late check-out may be subject to room availability and to an additional charge:

Late check-out till 6:00pm      : 50% room rate

Late check-out after 6:00pm   : 100% room rate


The hotel room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis, either single or double occupancy. The following is the maximum occupancy for each room type:

Deluxe Room: Room has 1 large Queen-sized bed to accommodate 2 adults maximum. Typically, no extra bed will fit.

Premier Deluxe Room: Room has 1 large King-sized bed to accommodate 2 adults maximum. A third adult will require an extra bed.

Executive Deluxe Room: Room has 1 large King-sized bed to accommodate 2 adults maximum. A third adult will require an extra bed.


Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge and baby cots are available complimentary upon request. The maximum number of baby cots permitted in a room is 1.

A maximum of 1 children under 12 years of age sharing a room with parents can stay for free of charge when using existing bedding. All children over 12 years of age will be considered as an adult.

By accommodation of children older than 12 years or adults, extra beds are available for an additional fee of US$ 30 per night and limited to Executive Deluxe and Premier Deluxe rooms only. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.


The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show. A card may be pre-authorized to ensure that it is valid and has sufficient funds. We could not verify the credit card provided for those purposes.


This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.


If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before the date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


The debit/credit card used to secure your reservation will be authorized at check-in for the full amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.


Pets are not allowed at the hotel.


Anpha Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We do not have any smoking rooms available in our hotel.A US$ 100 cleaning fee will be applicable to any guest who violates this policy in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.


There is no guarantee of any room number, location or view. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests but no guarantees will be made. You may check with the Hotel beginning at 11am on the day of arrival to check on room assignment.
